Hey,

I just promoted OSR a little lately and got some question by one of my "targets" like: "Should the games be ranked or free??" and "What about reviews? I don't find anything about it in the rule section." (He heard a little about OSR before and I think he heard about the reviews, but idk.)

Maybe someone else notice some points which are not that clear and some admin could add it to the ruleset or clear it just up a little bit?

Thank you for both promoting OSR and for pointing out that missing rules issue.

I agree that our league rules should cover more aspects including:

• The game can be ranked or free to the conveniance of the players.
• Players are encourage to review the game afterward. If both player have the same rank, they should feel free to ask stronger players in our kgs room and/or in our discord channel help for the review.
• Using a bot such as Leela or Crazy Stone during league game si stricly forbiden. OSR team might check some game from time to time to look for matching with these go engines.

Once our league structure will be quite fixed, we will explain it there too obviously.

Did I forget something ?
