As well as playing on KGS, I have also joined the OGS server. If I play a League Game on OGS does ' the system ' still pick up the #OSR tag to indicate that it is a League gane being played ?

Very fair question. The answer is yes. The coding team have worked quite hard last month so OGS games are automatically gathered. Same as KGS.

For instance, see this league game that was played on OGS.

To summurise, you can play your league games either on OGS or KGS with the same rules. The #OSR tag will be checked in the same fashion.
