Lets decide how many games 2 player of the same division should be allowed to play together.

For now I setted up that number to 2.

here is my point of view. Depending of the number of players per division (maybe 10 for the moment) and the number of games we have to play per month (2 for the moment), I think 2 games maximum with the same player is a good limit.

It allows to play with differents players, meet several players, learn about several styles of game. But the limit should allow to play enough games.
