Hello Go friends!

After the lecture by Jeff (EGF 6d) on direction of play, our celebration tournament and Guo Juan (5p) review, our 1000 members party is still keeping up!

Indeed, this weekend we will have two screenings of "The Surrounding Game" movie and next weekend Cornel Burzo (EGF 6d) will play simultaneously against three OSR members live on twitch on [gmt]2019/03/23 15:00[/gmt].

It was a foggy evening in February 2019 when the 1000th member entered the Open Study Room to deepen their knowledge of Go. To celebrate this milestone, we are organizing a series of events taking place during March.

November was a great month at OSR!

We are happy to welcome 36 new members that set us to 920 registered OSR member as I write. For the record, the OSR team always checks that a new user has a verified email address and a valid KGS or OGS account.You can always follow such statistics in this page.In total, 84 OSR games were played.The dan league is rising with 8 players playing 12 games while the DDK league was a bit slow with also 12 games.The 9x9 tournament is going well, currently playing it's 3rd round.
